Our fully integrated in-house paint and gelcoat finishing capabilities mean any component can be taken from a raw moulding to a premium finished part without ever leaving our Coningsby site. With skilled teams managing polishing, preparation, and painting, we deliver components ready for immediate assembly or installation.
Operating professional spray booths alongside a large paint preparation area equipped with full ATEX extraction, we ensure the best possible surface finish prior to application. We have extensive experience applying textured, two-pack, and water-based paints. We also provide specialist paint finishes compliant with strict fire, flame spread, smoke, and toxicity criteria, ensuring full suitability for aerospace, marine, and both underground (HL2 and HL3) and overground rail applications.
Our team can deliver high-gloss or matt finishes to any RAL colour or gloss level, alongside anti-graffiti coatings and clear topcoats for carbon fibre components to accentuate the visible weave. Using top-quality materials and UV-stable coatings, we consistently deliver high-calibre finishes for every project.
