We offer a complete in-house manufacturing process – from design and tooling to trimming, finishing, and final fit-out – ensuring lower costs, faster lead times, and greater control.

• Advanced Materials: We manufacture high-performance parts using phenolic, epoxy, polyester, glass fibre, flax, and carbon fibre. We are market leaders in Phenolic (GRPh) mouldings, offering exceptional fire, smoke, and toxicity performance.

• Specialist Moulding Techniques: Our production capabilities include Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM), Vacuum Infusion, Closed Moulding, Hand Lay-Up, Silicon Bag Moulding, and Solid Core Moulding.

• Rail: We manufacture fully certified structural interiors, driver’s cabs, and exterior cladding. Working to strict BS6853:1999 and EN45545-HL3 standards, we have supplied trusted names including Hitachi, Bombardier, Alstom, CAF, and Irish Rail.

• Aerospace: We have deliver certified, ultra-lightweight composite components, such as seatbacks and shrouds, tailored to meet strict CS-25 and 14 CFR aviation regulations for partners like Acro Aircraft Seating.

• Marine and Automotive: We have produced large-format structures up to 13 metres for the marine sector, alongside lightweight carbon fibre and heavy-duty GRP components for EV enclosures, motorsport, and agricultural vehicles.

• Leisure and Engineering Technology: We have supported the leisure industry with high-gloss, production-ready mouldings for attractions and wellness equipment, and deliver highly durable, weather-resistant architectural GRP panelling and telecoms housings for infrastructure projects.
