MTAG are expert manufacturers of composite parts for the aerospace sector using efficient, low-cost RTM and RTM Light tools manufactured on site. Our product portfolio includes a wide range of aircraft seating from Super-Economy and Standard Classes through to First Class. We are market leaders in high volume, low cost Phenolic (GRPh) seating that meets 16G HIC and Fire Safety Standards.

Having developed and refined our manufacturing process, we have manufactured over 120,000 units which are installed in aircraft all over the world. Using the complete facilities on offer, we offer a full in-house system from mould design and manufacture to production of up to 1000 seats per week, robotic trimming and drilling to offer a range of carrier specific designs and full preparation and paint facilities. The seats use carbon or glass fibre combined with low formaldehyde phenolic resin to provide outstanding fire and strength ratings compliant with:
