With many products heading straight for customers, MTAG offer a full fit-out and sub-assembly facility which add elements by bonding, attaching or securing to the part pre and/or post paint. Items such as sealant, metalwork, brackets, grommets, tapes and foams can all be fitted to exact technical specifications.

In the case of the RS Aero, up to 20 boats per week are manufactured, trimmed, bonded and polished prior to being fitted with rigging cleats, brackets, supports and graphic transfers which enables the hulls to be packaged and sent complete and ready to be received by the customer. This type of value-added activity allows more aspects of the manufacture to be outsourced, reducing risk and completing more tasks prior to customer acceptance of the final product.
