PRODUCTION

 With over 61000 sq. Ft of space across three sites, MTAG composites are able to tailor the production of composite parts to suit the customers needs. We run dedicated facilities in certain circumstances where a customer requires stringent process controls, or where the materials used might affect other products in close proximity (as would be the case for carbon fibre), or due to Health and Safety concerns with particular materials.

With a wealth of experience across many sectors, MTAG utilise a strong market buying power to procure significant quantities of resins, fibres and other materials to provide the best possible price to our customers. By manufacturing using a ‘dry’ layup, we benefit from using items with long shelf lives and bulk quantities to enable small volume projects to be extremely competitive. Additionally, projects which require specific raw materials are well catered for by our extensive supplier network who supply materials on short lead times to deliver parts to market in reduced lead times.

Our facilities include a full paint service, fit out and sub-assembly facilities for value added processes such as clasps, brackets, frames, tapes, foams and electrical items. We develop packaging specifications to ensure parts arrive at their destination in perfect condition and work with suppliers of bespoke cartons, crates and frames to make transport as simple as possible. Parts can be collected from our site, delivered using our logistics fleet or shipped internationally using couriers.
